President:  If it’s possible, try to get to the first show early.  A lot of stuff needs to be set up and this will give you more time to do it.  Also, clean ups will be full, its really important we keep Fisher clean so we can keep showing movies there.

Vice President:  Greg will fix everything so it all works out.  Some guidelines to follow:  No open slot, don’t put your name there; Everything will work out; Check the sheet and be honest; There will be a penalty for not fulfilling the requirements; If you don’t show up for a show, there will be penalties:  1st Time – Warning, 2nd Time – No posters, Any More – a clean-up/show will be deducted.  Greg would like to compliment the new members on the good job they’re doing, keep it up.  Also, projectionists, except for the 2 chairs, will have half the requirements of everyone else.

Secretary:  List is updated for new members, will put Travis on the membership list when I get a chance.

Treasurer:  For Pirates of the Caribbean, we sold $500 in concessions.  If possible, we should keep a count of the number of people.  The counter should be in the middle desk drawer.

Publicity:  The table tents now have “free” printed on them.

Equipment Supervisor:  Still waiting on base.  The cost was just over $1,000 after shipping and handling.  Craig will put a mop or something to wipe up the floor with, in case of spills.

Web page:  Not present, but the web page is updated for this week.

Advertising:  Nothing to report.

Concessions:  Kept up fairly well with the free movies.  Only problem was the Little Debbie snacks, Scott will try and keep it up.

Advisor:  Nothing to report.

Old business:  The social is on Sunday, November 16th at 6 pm.

New business:  Shouldn’t really worry about checking ID’s unless people start complaining.  We don’t officially need a count, but it’s nice to report the number of people who go to our movies.  There could possibly be an extra slot on the signup sheet for a counter.

If there is ever a need, call someone to help with the show.  Officers are more then willing to go help someone out if they need it.

Meeting Adjourned: 6:30 P.M.

Dutifully Submitted,

John Jeske
