President: The MUB will host an etiquette dinner, prizes
will be raffled. Matt received some info
from Blue Key regarding Winter Carnival information, see him for more
details. Since we won’t be having a
movie the weekend of Thanksgiving Day, we’ll push back the last two movies and
won’t have to vote on another one.
Vice President: We are over half-way through the semester,
try to work it out so all your requirements are fulfilled.
Secretary: Nothing to report.
Treasurer: We sold $1,049.05 in tickets for Anchorman
and $440 in concessions, which resulted in a deposit of just around $1500.
Publicity: Adam would like to thank those for
distributing the publicity, keep up the good work.
Equipment
Supervisor: The butter/oil warmer should
be working. The popcorn breaker bar has
been ordered, it will cost about $35. The
couch should be good for awhile. Niko will have a drawing on how everything should go in the
office (it’ll be all feng shui).
Web
page: Should be updated. (Times are 6,
Advertising: Lisa didn’t have the t-shirt ideas, so we’ll
probably vote next week. Lisa is
planning on sending the slides out to be made for about one dollar apiece
(approx $75).
Concessions: Good to go.
Advisor: Dave will be leaving the meeting early
(approx at 20 after), so if you need to talk to him, try to before the meeting
or at another arranged time. Leadershape applications are available due Friday. There will be a leadership conference
Saturday November 13th. This
Saturday is Monster Bash and there will be all sorts of cool prizes (and free
food). This will be taken place during
the football game, which starts at

look into getting an LCD projector to replace our slide projector.
