Minutes: Passed

President: After a long drawn out process, Matt got Lord of the Rings ordered, it should be here Thursday. Matt also reserved the rooms for next year, meetings will be held in the same room and 135 should be all set for our movies.

Vice President: Try to finish up your requirements. New members are encouraged to help out as much as they can.

Secretary: Nothing to report.

Treasurer: Not present, report via email.

Publicity: There isn't any publicity for the weekend; there seems to be a file problem. If you can, grab some flyers for Mean Girls and put them up. Tell people it's a first come first serve, there won't be any tickets.

Equipment Supervisor: Not present, report via email.

Web page: Updated.

Advertising: Nothing to report.

Concessions: Things will run out, we should have enough for the end of the year. Anything left over will be auctioned off to Filmboard members.

Advisor: Not present.

Old business: None.

New business: T-shirts were handed out to new members. Posters were handed out to everyone present.
