Sign up sheet is going around, make sure if you worked a show that it’s
recorded.
Secretary:
Nothing to report.
Publicity: If
you are passing out table tents, be sure to grab the permission slip and the
right number of table tents.
Equipment: Nothing.
Webpage: The
website is updated.
Concessions:
Scott ordered more stuff.
Treasurer: We
sold 331 tickets for The Rundown and made $156 in concessions. We still have a balance of just over $9,900
and are still waiting on USG’s check for $2,000.
Advertising:
Frank has 30 new slides that should be ready for this weekend.
Advisor: If
anyone has a GPA below a 2.0 (it’s in our constitution) they should let Travis
know, tlpierce@mtu.edu.
Old business:
Neither of the movies were available due to
complications. A new vote was made and we will be showing Pulp Fiction. The free movies discussion was tabled,
depending on what USG says Wednesday night.
New business:
We had new members show up and there was a motion to accept them all
without discussion. The motion was
seconded and passed. If you are free,
