President: Filmboard social will be on Sunday at 5:30PM at the Library. If you need a ride email the list before Sunday. Next meeting we will distribute posters. Residential Life is holding a Yooper Day on January 27^th- we agreed to donate 50 movie passes.

Vice President: No report.

Secretary: Please email djehlke@mtu.edu if you will be absent- he is the new secretary.

Treasurer: No report

Equipment Supervisor: No report.

Publicity: no report

Concessions: We will be all set for the weekend.

Advertising: No report.

Old Business: The following officers were elected: President- Mark Cruth, VP- Travis Horrocks, Secretary- Dan Ehlke, Treasurer- Kyle Done, Publicity- Erica Akehurst, Advertising- Matt Heyse, Equipment Supervisor- Jeff O’Brien, Concessions- Chris Sopczynski, Webpage- Sean O’Brien.

New Business: Extra shirts can be purchased for $8- see Jeff or Kyle. Kyle has checks for officer payment.
